Where are you located?
The website is operated and managed in the UK. Items are distributed from either our main warehouse located in China or our partners located globally.
What payment methods do you except?
We currently accept payment from: PayPal, Shopify Payments, American Express, MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Do you offer returns?
Yes we offer returns. You must return items within 14 days of receipt.
Where do you currently ship?
We ship all of our goods worldwide. We provide tracking numbers to ensure your order gets to you securely. This tracking number will be sent to you via email when we ship your order out.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is placed, it will take around 1-2 days to pick, pack and ship out your order. After your order is shipped it can take up to 2-15 working days to arrive. Depending on the shipping method selected.
Occasionally, orders might get delayed when we experience high volume of orders coming in i.e Black Friday / Cyber Monday.
Custom made items will also take longer to arrive than our usual shipping times. Please contact us for more information on custom items.
I have only received part of my order?
We partner with various retailers and brands globally, to speed up the delivery process we instruct our partners to delivery directly to our customers. If you have any issues you can contact us on info@modenaliving.co.uk
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer FREE shipping on all orders.
